ClinicNest must be used lawfully, responsibly, and in a way that does not harm the platform, other users, patients, or connected services.
2. Prohibited Conduct
- Using ClinicNest for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading purposes
- Uploading or publishing content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights
- Impersonating a doctor, clinic, business, support representative, or another person without authority
- Sending spam, abusive messages, or unauthorized promotional content through any connected feature
- Attempting unauthorized access, vulnerability probing, scraping, or interference with platform operations
- Using automation, bots, or generated content in a harmful or misleading way
- Misusing patient, clinic, or contact information in violation of applicable law or professional obligations
- Using connected social or communication features in a way that violates third-party platform rules
3. Enforcement
ClinicNest may investigate suspected violations and may suspend, restrict, or terminate access where necessary to protect the platform, users, or legal compliance.
