1. How To Request Deletion

To request deletion of your ClinicNest account data or connected platform data, email privacy@clinicnest.online with the subject line Data Deletion Request.

Please send the request from your registered account email where possible. If that is not possible, include enough details for us to verify ownership before any deletion action is taken.

2. What To Include In Your Request

• Registered email address
• Doctor name
• Clinic name
• Phone number used with the account, if available
• Any connected Facebook or Instagram page details if your request is related to a Meta integration
• A short note explaining whether you want full account deletion or deletion of specific connected data only

3. Verification Process

Before processing a deletion request, ClinicNest may ask for reasonable identity verification to protect account security and prevent unauthorized deletion attempts.

If we cannot verify ownership, we may ask for additional details or may decline the request until verification is complete.

4. Processing Timeline

ClinicNest will review deletion requests within a reasonable time after verification. Processing time may vary depending on account complexity, active subscriptions, connected services, or legal obligations.

If part of the request cannot be completed immediately, we will respond with the next steps or explain any limited retention obligations that still apply.

5. What May Be Retained

Certain records may be retained where required for legal compliance, tax or accounting obligations, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, security investigations, or enforcement of agreements.

Backup systems or operational logs may also take additional time to cycle out in the normal course of system maintenance.

6. Meta And Connected Platform Data

If you previously authorized a Meta or other connected account through ClinicNest, your deletion request may include removal of stored integration data associated with your ClinicNest account, subject to legal and operational constraints.

Deletion within ClinicNest does not automatically delete data stored directly by third-party platforms. You may also need to manage deletion or disconnection directly within those platforms.
