These Terms of Service explain the conditions for using ClinicNest, managing an account, accessing paid features, and interacting with our websites and platform tools.
Last updated: July 2, 2026
1. Acceptance Of Terms
By accessing or using ClinicNest, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you should not use the service.
These terms apply to our website, onboarding flows, dashboards, connected services, and any related support interactions.
2. ClinicNest Services
ClinicNest provides software tools for doctors and clinics, including website setup, digital presence tools, onboarding workflows, communication setup, subscription management, reputation-related workflows, and selected marketing or automation features.
Some features may change over time, and some capabilities may depend on plan level, third-party availability, or admin verification steps.
3. Account Responsibilities
- Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration and onboarding.
- Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and restricting unauthorized access to their account.
- Users must ensure they have the right to upload, publish, or connect any content, branding material, page, listing, or account they submit to ClinicNest.
4. Acceptable Use
Users must not use ClinicNest for unlawful activity, deceptive conduct, spam, harassment, infringement, malicious automation, or unauthorized access attempts.
Additional platform rules are described in our Acceptable Use Policy at https://clinicnest.online/acceptable-use-policy.
5. Plans, Billing, And Access
ClinicNest may offer free and paid plans. Paid features, entitlements, and domain or website capabilities may vary by plan.
If a paid plan is cancelled, expires, or fails payment, access to paid features may be removed immediately and the account may continue on the available free-tier access level.
Certain configuration data may be retained temporarily to support reactivation, but ClinicNest may remove retained premium-only data after the stated retention period or where required for operational cleanup.
6. Third-Party Services
ClinicNest may rely on third-party services such as hosting providers, payment processors, messaging providers, social platforms, domain services, and infrastructure vendors.
Those services may have their own terms, technical limitations, review processes, or outage conditions. ClinicNest is not responsible for independent third-party platform decisions, downtime, or policy changes.
7. Intellectual Property
ClinicNest and its platform materials, software, branding, and design elements remain the property of ClinicNest or its licensors unless otherwise stated.
Users retain responsibility for the materials and business content they upload or provide, but they grant ClinicNest the permission needed to host, process, display, and operate those materials within the service.
8. Suspension And Termination
ClinicNest may suspend or terminate access where needed to investigate abuse, protect platform integrity, comply with law, address payment issues, or respond to violations of these terms.
Users may stop using the service at any time, but outstanding obligations or lawful retention needs may continue after account closure.
9. Disclaimer And Liability
ClinicNest is provided on an as-available and as-applicable basis. We work to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, platform approvals, business outcomes, or uninterrupted third-party availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClinicNest is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from the use of the service.
